Try this little exercise I came across and see if you don’t get goosebumps. I do. And it reminds me to love myself and take good care of myself. Like: not to skip my exercise today; to eat carefully; and not to forget to take my vitamins and blue-green algae—a gift to myself for 20 years now.
- Stretch your arms above your head.
- Breathe deeply three times.
- Drop them and hug yourself… or someone close by!
